Founded on the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive, Sam Cam Foundation works to address challenges facing underserved communities by providing access to education, mentorship, workforce development, leadership training, and housing solutions. We are committed to creating pathways that help individuals build brighter futures while strengthening neighborhoods for generations to come.

James Cameron
Founder & Executive Director
James Cameron founded the Sam Cam Foundation with a vision of developing stronger communities by investing in both people and places.
With more than 10 years of leadership experience, James advanced from an hourly employee to senior leadership roles within multiple Fortune 500 companies.
His passion for community development extends beyond the workplace through service on nonprofit boards, including HouseProud Atlanta and The Malik Haynes Foundation. These experiences inspired him to establish the Sam Cam Foundation to focus on Youth Development, Personal Development, and Affordable Housing Development.
James believes lasting change happens when individuals, families, and neighborhoods are given the resources and opportunities to thrive.
